Fusion of carbon and metal
We can't compromise the performance so we push further—XCr stainless and carbon tubing. Stainless are stiffer than Alumunium even Titanium the downside are they're slightly heavier, but with the help of carbon tubing we able to fine tune the balance the weight and comfort
Even more we obtain bigger outer diameter of carbon tubing to max out the capabilities, and they're progressively follow the bike size. So, larger frame may get bigger tubing diameter

You can observe this Polybox tubes joint implemented in the massively wide "pyramid-shaped" cluster between bottom bracket shell-down tube-seat tube, optimize power transfer with wider support to maintain lateral stiffness of your bike
It affect the bikes behave and response to your pedaling, near instant and to propel you forward. It's also more stable especially when you of saddle and "twisting" the bikes while hammering down the pedals in the drop
This specific feature are exclusive only for Sonderklasse model that only possible with metal 3D printing

Rapid 3D modeling and more precise frame cluster
With take serious effort to design your Sonderklasse before actual fabrication process, especially ensuring the lug and cluster in the right measurement. After we lock the 3D model from out tools, we printed them it allow us to build more accurate bike geometry—even in mili meter of thickness wall level. We try to raising the bar of the output and in the hood.
All frame cluster and junction in Sonderklasse are stainless and 3D printed, except the T47 bottom bracket shell that lathe machined from seamless 316L stainless tube

Fulesage means airplane main body, so do with Sonderklasse now comes with our carbon component. Integrated carbon bar and carbon seat post is now included with your frame and fork—with your choice of size of bar width and stem length for total fit in and out
